How much does it cost to register?
Attendee pre-registration is free until February 28th - after February 28th, you must register on-site for $25 per person. Expo is open to the trade only.
Do I have to be an OCHMRA Member to attend?
No, but you must be affiliated with the restaurant/foodservice/lodging industry. If registering on-site, you must have a business card, business license, letterhead to validate employment; paystubs are no longer accepted.
Who should attend the Trade Expo?
Attendance is encouraged for anyone directly involved in making purchase suggestions or decisions in the foodservice, lodging or hospitality industry.

Foodservice
- Restaurants, Bar & Nightclubs, Liquor & Convenience Stores, Coffee Shops, and Ice Cream Stores

- Hospitals, School Cafeterias, Catering Companies, Event Planning, Nursing Homes, & Property Management
In order to walk the Expo floor, you must be in the industry on the buying side (sellers of industry products must purchase Exhibit space). Expo management reserves the right to determine if your registration fits these parameters.
How many exhibitors are at the Ocean City Trade Expo?
We have over 300 companies in 440 exhibit booths.
How long does it take to walk the Expo floor?
It will take approximately one day to adequately cover the entire show.
What is the minimum age requirement for attending?
No one under 21 years of age is premitted on the show floor at any time. Babysitting services are available during show hours. OCHMRA reserves the right to request proof of age from any one at any time. There are no exceptions to this policy & it is strictly enforced.
How can I pay my on-site registration fee?
We accept cash & checks made payable to OCHMRA.
Are substitutions accepted?
Substitutions are not permitted, the name on your badge must match the name on your Drivers License or Proof of Age.
Is a shuttle service provided?
YES - Look for the Casino at Ocean Downs shuttle - you can park at the Castle in the Sand Hotel located on 37th St. or at Jolly Roger Amusement Park on 32nd St. Also, once you have your badge, you may ride OC public transportation for free.
